Everyday Moments On The Road With Tracy
The Story of TBP Transportation
In 2013, Tracy Bette recognized a severe void in the Southbury, Woodbury, and Watertown transportation landscape. Traditional taxi services were unreliable, corporate limousine companies charged exorbitant fees with opaque add-ons, and emerging gig rideshare apps left rural Connecticut travelers stranded when early-morning 3:30 AM flights needed reliable rides.
Tracy established TBP Transportation LLC (also known as T. Bette Transportation) on a singular principle: direct personal accountability. When you book a ride with TBP, you are not communicating with an offshore call center or an automated app algorithm. You are coordinating directly with Tracy Bette.
Over the past 13+ years, Tracy has accumulated over 1.3 million miles safely driven across Connecticut, New York, and Southern New England. Her schedule includes thousands of early-morning departures to JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Bradley, and Boston Logan, direct transport into Manhattan and NYC, alongside hundreds of compassionate round-trip oncology visits to Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale and Memorial Sloan Kettering. Her reputation across the region is built on never missing a scheduled pickup.

"Tracy Bette is the best out of Woodbury. Very professional and reliable."
"Tracy Bette. She's great, local, and very reasonable."
"Tracy Bette is wonderful. Safe, clean car, and always on time for early morning airport runs."
"We have used Tracy for four years now. As seniors living in Heritage Village, having someone arrive right at our walkway at 4:30 AM to load all four heavy suitcases is priceless. When our return flight from London was delayed by three hours, Tracy was waiting right outside baggage claim. Absolute gold standard."
"I travel for consulting twice a month. I used to schedule Ubers in Southbury and had two cancel at 5:00 AM, nearly causing me to miss client meetings in Chicago. Tracy has never missed a single pickup in three years. Spotless car, safe driver, and completely stress-free."
"We booked Tracy for 5 of us (two adults, three kids, plus luggage and golf clubs). Fitting everyone comfortably into one vehicle without taking two cars or paying $200 for airport parking in Windsor Locks made our trip so easy. Mentioned code RIDE NOW and got an extra discount!"
